Terms of Use – Dazlina Resort

Please read the following terms of use carefully. They apply to your stay at Dazlina Resort. By using our accommodation, you agree to these terms and commit to complying with them during your stay.

1. Reservation and Payment

1.1. To reserve accommodation at Dazlina Resort, a deposit or full payment must be made in advance, depending on the reservation terms. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
1.2. All prices are expressed in the currency determined by the property owner and are subject to taxes and fees applicable at the destination.
1.3. In case of cancellation or date change, our cancellation policy stated at the time of booking applies.

2. Accommodation Rules

2.1. Guests agree to use the accommodation appropriately and to respect the rules and regulations of the property.
2.2. Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and tidy during their stay. Any damage or loss, whether intentional or accidental, caused by the guest will be charged.

3. Liability

3.1. Dazlina Resort is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the accommodation or related facilities.
3.2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and it is recommended they secure adequate insurance coverage for the duration of their stay.

4. Privacy

4.1. The collection, use, and protection of guests' personal data are governed by our privacy policy. Please read our privacy policy to understand our practices and responsibilities.

5. Changes to Terms

5.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms of use. Any updated version will be published on our website. We recommend you check the terms of use regularly to stay informed about possible changes.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

  • A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required by bank transfer at the time of booking.

  • If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date, you may choose an alternative date.

  • In all other cases of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • On the day of arrival, the remaining amount of the reservation must be paid. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

Security Deposit

  • A €500 deposit is required when renting the entire villa.

  • A €200 deposit is required when renting individual apartments.

  • The deposit is to be paid together with the remaining reservation amount, i.e., on the day of arrival.

  • The deposit will be refunded after a property inspection on the day of departure.

Possible reasons for withholding the deposit (not an exhaustive list):

  • Damage to furniture, electronic equipment, décor, kitchenware, etc.

  • Damage caused by water, broken structures, scratched floors, holes in walls or ceilings, etc.

  • Hiring of third-party cleaning services due to excessive mess

  • Lost keys or stolen items

  • Any breach of house rules, such as bringing unauthorized pets, hosting extra guests, etc.

  • Non-physical damage such as smoking inside the accommodation

Other

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside.

  • Heated outdoor pool (temperature depends on weather conditions) – no additional charge.

  • Use of the wellness area is free of charge.
