Reservation Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required by bank transfer at the time of booking.
If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date, you may choose an alternative date.
In all other cases of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
On the day of arrival, the remaining amount of the reservation must be paid. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
Security Deposit
A €500 deposit is required when renting the entire villa.
A €200 deposit is required when renting individual apartments.
The deposit is to be paid together with the remaining reservation amount, i.e., on the day of arrival.
The deposit will be refunded after a property inspection on the day of departure.

For guests arriving by car, we recommend the A1 Motorway (Autocesta A1), direction Split, which ensures a fast, smooth, and stress-free journey.
From Zagreb (or northern Croatia):
Follow A1 motorway in the direction of Split.
Exit at Vodice / Pirovac (clearly marked on the motorway signs).
After exiting, you are only 10 minutes (approx. 10 km) from Dazlina Resort.
Follow the main road toward Pirovac, then turn toward Dazlina village - Matesici.
The villa is located at Matesići 24b, on a paved local road, with no narrow town streets to navigate — only two direct, well-maintained roads from the exit to the resort.
